Trustee, I am, nor whither the Board of Trustees which, in
the terms of the Foreign Minister's note to Sir Miles Lampson
of the 19th September, 1930, was to be appointed for "the
control, apportionment, and administration of the endowment"
is tending.
6.
In all these circumstances I have, with regret, to
ask you to be good enough to place this, my resignation,
before the Board of Trustees, and thereafter to submit it to
the Executive Yuan.
